Beef Biltong Stick

Biltong – made from British Grass Fed Beef.  This is Biltong produce the perfect environment for meat products to dry. We use Top quality Silverside cuts to produce Biltong. We ship orders the same day as packing, so you will receive fresh product every time. Our products has a 10-day shelf life leaving a full 8 days after receiving it for consuming. This flavours will bring you back to South Africa.

Our biltong sticks are made by our own fair hands at Billies & Tong HQ.

Our very popular, fresh biltong sticks come in lean or fatty and you can choose the weight you would like from the drop-down menu. There is nothing quite like a traditional, fresh uncut stick of biltong!

Available in 250g, 500g, 750g and 1kg.

We recommend that during warmer weather, you store your biltong either in a cool place or the fridge.
